ACS Meridian helps you track your professional credentials, certifications, and continuing education. We collect the account and credential information you give us, we don't sell your data or use it for advertising, and if you join an agency in the app, that agency's administrators can see your compliance information. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time at support@aegiscommunitysolutions.io.
Aegis Community Solutions LLC ("ACS," "we," "us"), a North Carolina limited liability company, operates ACS Meridian (the "Service") and is responsible for your personal data.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
We share personal data only with:
We have not sold or shared personal information for advertising purposes, and we do not do so.
Meridian includes multi-agency features. If you accept membership in an agency:
AI-assisted document extraction is a planned feature intended to read information (such as course titles, dates, hours, and provider names) from documents you upload so you don't have to type them manually. It is not active in the current beta — you enter and confirm document details yourself. We will update this policy before enabling AI processing.
We keep your information only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days (usually immediately), and it rolls out of our encrypted backups within about 35 days after that. Server diagnostic logs are retained for about 30 days, then deleted or de-identified. We keep limited information longer only where the law requires it, to resolve disputes, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
Beta note: during the beta period, data may also be deleted or reset as part of testing and migration. Keep independent copies of documents you upload.
Regardless of which U.S. state you live in, you may:
To exercise any of these, contact support@aegiscommunitysolutions.io from the email associated with your account (we verify identity this way). We respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Account deletion is available [in the app under Settings → Account / by emailing us — GAP: confirm which, in-app deletion is required by Apple for App Store release].
"Do Not Track": our app does not use cross-site tracking, and we do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
The Service is intended for professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact support@aegiscommunitysolutions.io and we will delete it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption of data in transit, encryption at rest in our database and authentication systems, and role-based access controls that limit agency administrators to their own agency's data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and regulators as required by applicable law, including North Carolina's identity theft protection statutes.
We will update this policy as the Service evolves, especially as it moves from beta to general release. Each version is dated at the top. For material changes — in particular any change to how we share or use your data — we will notify you by email or in-app notice before the change takes effect. We will never retroactively apply a materially different practice to data collected under an earlier version without notice.
