Is Meridian free?

Yes — Meridian is free during the beta. Paid plans arrive at public launch; we'll always tell you before anything changes.

How do I set up my shift schedule?

Open Schedule → Change → Your department, pick your department (e.g. Asheville Fire or Buncombe County EMS), then set your shift. Meridian builds your duty and debit days automatically and shows your next shift. You can also tap "Add my schedule to my phone calendar" to sync to Apple, Google, or any calendar app.

How do I track certifications and CE?

Add a credential (NREMT, your state license, ACLS, and more) in the CE Hub or from your Dashboard, then log CE entries. Meridian sorts your hours by category and shows time remaining to renewal. Meridian helps you organize, track, and prepare your documentation — always confirm current requirements with your certifying body.

Is my data private?

Your data is yours. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for cross-app tracking. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account to remove your account and associated data. If you can't access the app, email support@acsmeridian.io from your account address and we'll process the deletion.

Is there an Android version?

Android is coming soon. Join the waitlist on our home page and we'll notify you the moment it's ready.
